Cook books

My personal favorites are PERFECT FOR PESACH & MY PESACH KITCHEN.

If you don't use any processed ingredients, THE HEMISH KITCHEN or BALABASTAS CHOICE are the best cookbooks for you.

If you want the crockpot to cook all you meals for you, the book PESACH WHILE YOU SLEEP will change your entire cooking experience.

Every other cookbook on this list comes highly recommended.

Kitchen Essentials

Story time, usually I go to Parents or In laws for Pesach so my first time making Pesach was covid. I didn't buy much and really thought I could prepare all our meals with a plastic knive and 9x13 pans.

I fried schnitzel in a 9x13 pan on the stove top and peeled a 10 pound bag of potatoes with a plastic knife. The next year learned from my mistake, bought these essentials, and cooking was 10x faster and more enjoyable.

Lesson, don't be silly like me. Get yourself a real pot, mixing bowl and knife set or pack your bags and go visit family for the week.

Small appliances

Each Pesach I like to buy one fun new gadget to make the cooking a little bit easier and a little more fun.

(Or if I have been needing a new small appliance, I wait until Pesach buy it to use on Pesach and then just continue using for the rest of the year...)

Baby items

You don't need the fanciest new bibs and trays... but you DO need to order one more of your babies favorite paci and toddlers favorite sippy cup.

What do I actually need?

Most people do not have a huge pesach kitchens or space to store lots Peach items throughout the year. (I have 2 small boxes.)

It is important to be intentional about what are your families individual needs.

HERE IS SOME OF THE MOST POPULAR ADVICE:

* Braun is the most recommended brand, if you budget allows it and you have space to store it, get this one. I personally use the Hamilton beach brand for 1/4th of the price and it also gets all my delicious food on the table.

* Good Quality food processor

* Good Quality immersion blender/Hand mixer

* Good meat pot & pan

* If you make lokshen, a handheld crepe maker will change your life,.

* Betty for pesach!
